The TanahX world map is divided into small digital grid areas called tiles. When you claim multiple connected tiles, they form your territory.

A territory requires a minimum of 30 tiles. Your selected tiles must also meet TanahX territory placement and shape requirements.

You can select available land areas supported by the TanahX map.

Some areas may not be available because they are already claimed, temporarily reserved, or do not meet territory selection rules.

No. Standard territory claims are currently limited to supported land areas.

A tile may be unavailable because it has already been claimed, is temporarily reserved, does not meet placement rules, is outside an eligible land area, or breaks shape and connection rules.

Once your claim is successfully activated, your territory will appear on the TanahX map with your uploaded logo. Your website may also be accessible through your territory information.

Yes. Eligible users can choose the 30-day trial option before completing the purchase of their territory.

During the trial, your territory can appear on the TanahX map and operate as a trial territory. The remaining trial period will be shown in your territory information.

You can choose to complete the purchase before the trial expires.

Yes. A valid payment method may be required when starting the trial. This helps TanahX verify trial requests and reduce misuse of the trial system.

No. TanahX does not automatically charge you when your trial ends.

You must choose to complete the purchase before the trial expires if you want to keep the territory.

If you do not complete the purchase before the trial ends, your trial territory will expire. The territory may then become available for other users to claim.

If your payment method was securely saved during the trial setup, you may be able to continue the purchase without entering all of your card information again.

TanahX does not directly store your full credit or debit card details. Payment information is handled securely through the payment service used by TanahX.

Open your territory information panel and select Proceed Payment. Follow the email verification and payment instructions to complete the purchase.

After successful payment, your territory will change from trial status to purchased territory status.

An attack is part of TanahX's virtual territory competition. Users with attack credits can launch attacks against eligible territories on the map.

Attacks reduce the health of the targeted territory.

No. All attacks in TanahX are completely virtual and are part of the platform's entertainment and competition system.

They do not represent or encourage real-world violence or conflict.

Attack credits can be purchased through TanahX. After a successful purchase, you will receive a unique attack link via email.

Open the link to access your dedicated Attack Page, where you can select eligible territories and launch your attacks. Keep your unique attack link private.

No. You cannot launch an attack against your own territory.

Each attack reduces the health of the targeted territory according to the number of attacks launched and the applicable TanahX attack rules.

The territory's current health can be shown through its territory information.

When a territory's health reaches 0%, the territory is considered destroyed and its logo enters Recovery Mode.

Yes, but Recovery Mode only begins when the territory's health reaches 0%. During Recovery Mode, the territory must wait for its health to recover back to 100% before the logo returns to its normal active state.

Where available, the Attack Page may allow you to include a message together with your attack. Messages must follow TanahX community and content rules.

TanahX Chat allows users to communicate and interact around territories on the map. Each participating territory can have its own chat room where users can discuss the territory and activity happening around it.

No traditional TanahX account is required. Chat access uses email verification and a chat name to identify users.

The [OWNER] label identifies the verified owner of the territory associated with that chat room. It helps users distinguish the territory owner from other chat participants.

Not yet. Currently, TanahX Chat supports text messages only. Sharing links and images is not available at this time.

Users are expected to communicate responsibly and follow TanahX community rules. Content that violates platform rules may be removed, and access may be restricted when necessary.

Users should avoid harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, illegal content, impersonation, and other abusive behaviour. TanahX may take action against content or users that violate platform rules.

For the best appearance on the map, use a clear logo with a square or near-square layout. Avoid logos with very small text or excessive detail, as they may be difficult to see when the map is zoomed out.

Yes. You can provide a website link as part of your territory information. This allows visitors to discover more about the business, brand, project, or community represented by your territory.

Not always. Logo visibility may change depending on map zoom level, display settings, territory status, performance optimization, and Recovery Mode.

TanahX simplifies some territory markers when the map is zoomed out. This keeps the map clear and improves performance when many territories are visible at the same time.

When your territory reaches 0% health and is destroyed, the logo enters Recovery Mode. During this period, the map may display the territory differently. Once health returns to 100%, the logo returns to its normal active state.

TanahX provides another place where people may discover your brand, logo, and website through the interactive world map. However, TanahX does not guarantee website traffic, sales, search engine ranking, or other promotional results.

Email verification helps confirm that important actions are being performed by the correct user. It is used for functions such as claims, chat access, payments, and attack purchases.

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. Make sure the email address you entered is correct. If the email still does not arrive, request a new verification email where the option is available.

Some TanahX emails may contain unique links associated with your territory, payment, or purchased attack credits. Anyone with access to certain private links may be able to access the related function.
